TechnoFriend provides digital marketing and technology-related services including, but not limited to:

• Social Media Marketing & Management
• Digital Business Cards
• Creative Designing (Festival & Custom Creatives)

All services are offered as per the scope, pricing, and timeline mutually agreed upon with the client.

2. Payments

• All payments must be made in advance or as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will be charged as per the agreed quotation.
• Payments made through the payment gateway are processed securely. TechnoFriend does not store card or banking details.

3. Service Delivery

• Project timelines are dependent on client cooperation, content availability, approvals, and timely communication.
• Any delay caused due to non-availability of required information or approvals from the client will not be considered a delay from TechnoFriend’s side.
• Revisions, changes, or additional requirements beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information, content, and approvals required for project execution.
• TechnoFriend is not responsible for issues arising due to incorrect or misleading information provided by the client.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, content, and marketing material created by TechnoFriend remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client, except third-party tools, licenses, or software.

6. Limitation of Liability

TechnoFriend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data, revenue, or business.

7. Termination

TechnoFriend reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of non-payment, misuse of services, or violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction subject to Nashik, Maharashtra.
