1. No Refund Policy
- All payments made to TechnoFriend are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
- Digital marketing services involve time, effort, planning, and resource allocation; therefore, refunds are not possible after work commencement.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Service cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to technofriendnashik@gmail.com.
- If a cancellation request is received before work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and processing charges.
- No refunds will be provided for services that are partially or fully delivered.
3. Subscription & Ongoing Services
- Monthly or yearly services such as SEO, GMB Optimization, or Social Media Management cannot be canceled mid-cycle.
- Cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle, provided prior notice is given.
4. Payment Gateway Charges
- Any payment gateway or transaction charges deducted during payment processing are non-refundable.
5. Changes in Services
TechnoFriend reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice. Existing clients will be informed in advance wherever applicable.
